More than 30 billion euros retrofitting works need to be realized in Wallonia to reach the EU goal
If only 1 billion per year is invested, it can lead to 17,000 jobs creation
Public authorities are aware of the energetic challenges but are lost
Creation of a one-stop-shop (called RenoWatt) which provides comprehensive support to public entities: identification of the energy-intensive buildings, funding of the investments and complete management of the procurement procedure

Pooling of buildings across different municipalities
12 municipalities and 1 hospital joined RenoWatt
Signature of 4 EPC for a amount of 59 millions euros
Enlargement of the project within the overall territory of Wallonia (in negotiations)

Creation and management of a one-stop-shop (RenoWatt) in Liege province to launch large EPC on behalf of more than 10 municipalities and 1 hospital. Within 30 months, 4 EPCs were signed for a global amount of more than 50 milion euros.
Extend RenoWatt project to Wallonia (negociation with cabinets, EIB (5 million subsidy), strategic and business plans, team recruitment and management, project management).
Support the Canton de Vaud to design a program to boost energy retrofitting in public and private building.
Energy company in Switzerland: support to launch new energy efficiency services.
Evaluator for the Europen Commission for H2020 and Horizon Europe projects.
Interim management to launch a Walloon cluster in charge of the export of public company know-how (mainly in the field of water and waste management): drafting of the strategic plan, identification of commercial opportunities, search for regional and international funding…
